A penny for my thoughts. Ok here it goes 
I’ve noticed while gaming online with my beloved xbox 360 that i’ve met so many douche bag hormonal teenagers and emotionally unstable computer game gangsters that hide behind their TV and make a lot of threats and insults to other users, in particular from clan members.
I’m all for having fun and jokes online but there is a line not to be crossed. I really dont believe microsoft is doing enough to stamp these morons out from xbox live. The file a complaint option online is a complete load of nonsense. I’ve used it quite a lot, reporting people and I’m betting it doesnt even get reviewed.
I believe there should be a proper code of conduct where complaints are properly reviewed and if found to be accurate a total ban from xbox live should be the result that would virtually guarentee to stamp it out.
There was one case recently when a 20 year old man threatened to rape a 15 year old girl and her 6 year old sister! I mean come on microsoft!! You have done wonders in getting the xbox live service rolled out but in doing so and so fast it means there is lots more room for improvement.
There is even a product that was released last year that allows you to trash talk at the push of a button. You wouldnt insult someone in real life so why on xbox?

Listen dude, apparently you are preaching to the preacher. You do the same as all the other people, and yes microsoft does do something about it. When one of your complaint registers gets to one hundred percent you are kicked, and banned from xbox live. If you are wondering how they do this. They ban your consoles Registered ID, and IP address. Now, you talk about hormonal teenagers hiding behind there tv. It sounds like your the one that spends way to much time behind your tv. If your going to complain about something make it worth someones while. Because it just waists peoples time. Why do you think no one has replied to what you have written. I can’t even believe I’m waisting my time. Good bye!

I tried XBOX live after several years of playing solo in all levels from easy to legendary. My first experience in matchmaker/basic training was a total disastor! What match! the other 3 players were FAR MORE ADVANCED than I was. Match? What fun is this? Basic training? How can I learn? Back to solo and the 900 point achievement cap (excluding the 100 points for online accomplishments).
